1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dollhouse Construction Inc. website, requesting an estimate, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our remodeling services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Any signed remodeling contract or project agreement will govern the specific scope, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and obligations for that project. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms of Service, the signed agreement will control for that project.
2. Services
Dollhouse Construction Inc. provides residential bathroom remodeling and renovation services, including but not limited to:
Custom bathroom remodeling and renovations
Complete bathroom transformations
Custom walk-in shower installation
Bathtub installation and replacement
Bathtub-to-shower conversions
Shower-to-bathtub conversions
Bathroom tile and flooring installation
Custom bathroom vanities and cabinetry
Shower doors and glass enclosures
Bathroom fixtures, countertops, and finishing upgrades
Master bathroom and guest bathroom renovations
Bathroom design consultations and project planning
Services are available throughout San Dimas, CA, and surrounding communities, subject to project availability and service-area restrictions.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are prepared based on the information available during the initial consultation, inspection, or project evaluation.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
Bathroom dimensions and existing conditions
Materials, fixtures, and finishes selected
Plumbing, electrical, or structural modifications
Demolition and preparation requirements
Unforeseen conditions discovered during construction
Changes requested by the customer
Applicable permits and inspection requirements
Any additional work or changes affecting the agreed project price will be communicated to the customer and documented through an approved change order before the additional work begins, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to address a safety concern or protect the property.
Estimates are not binding unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Bathroom remodeling consultations, estimates, and project appointments are scheduled based on team availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Any applicable consultation fees, cancellation fees, deposits, or project rescheduling charges will be disclosed before they are charged.
Project cancellations after a remodeling agreement has been signed will be governed by the terms of that agreement and applicable law.
5. Project Scheduling & Completion
Dollhouse Construction Inc. makes reasonable efforts to complete remodeling projects within the estimated timeline provided to the customer.
Project schedules may be affected by:
Material availability and delivery delays
Weather or unforeseen site conditions
Permit approvals and inspections
Customer-requested design or scope changes
Unanticipated plumbing, electrical, or structural issues
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material schedule changes and keep customers informed throughout the remodeling process.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate property and project information
Ensuring reasonable access to the remodeling area
Removing personal belongings from designated workspaces
Communicating design preferences and material selections promptly
Reviewing and approving project changes when necessary
Making payments according to the signed project agreement
Disclosing known property conditions that may affect the work
Customers must have the legal authority to authorize remodeling work at the property.
7. Payments & Deposits
Payment schedules, deposits, progress payments, and final balances will be outlined in the written project agreement.
Any deposits or advance payments will be collected in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
Additional work requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges, which will be documented and approved through a written change order.
Late payments or unpaid balances may result in project delays or other remedies permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law.
8. Warranties
Dollhouse Construction Inc. stands behind the quality of its bathroom remodeling workmanship.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to eligible materials, fixtures, shower systems, cabinetry, and other installed products.
Any workmanship or labor warranty offered by Dollhouse Construction Inc. will be described in the applicable written project agreement.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures may vary depending on the materials and services provided.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
9. SMS & Electronic Communications
By submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or scheduling a consultation, you may receive communications from Dollhouse Construction Inc. regarding your request or project, subject to applicable consent requirements.
If you expressly opt in to receive SMS messages, these communications may include:
Appointment confirmations and reminders

Estimate and proposal notifications

Continued use of our website after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these website Terms will not automatically modify an existing signed remodeling agreement.
